Terms of Use

These Terms are entered into between Nova Global Resmi ("we") and you ("user"). We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page, and continuing to use the Service after publication means you accept the updated Terms.

FalBox is an entertainment app offering AI-powered fortune, tarot and astrology interpretations and daily horoscopes. Some readings such as coffee, palm or face use an optional photo; astrology uses birth information.

The Service and all content it produces are for entertainment and personal curiosity only. Interpretations do not constitute and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial or any professional advice. For decisions about your health, money, legal matters or life you should seek qualified advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service.

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and your use of the Service must be lawful where you are located. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these conditions.

You must provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us if you detect unauthorized use.

Readings use virtual 'credits'. Credits are permanent; subscriptions grant defined credits each billing period. A one-time welcome credit may be granted on new sign-up.

All purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play; the charge is applied to the store account you approve. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and the renewal fee is charged at the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

Virtual credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and are generally non-refundable. We may change prices prospectively.

Because digital content/services begin to be provided immediately with your consent, the right of withdrawal may be limited for digital services once performance has begun, in line with applicable consumer law. Refund requests for purchases are subject to Apple's/Google's respective policies. Your mandatory statutory consumer rights are reserved.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory/hateful, obscene, infringes others' rights, or belongs to third parties without permission; and not to misuse the Service, reverse-engineer it, or stress the system through automated/unauthorized access. Content you submit is subject to automated moderation.

You retain your rights in the questions, texts and photos you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service (to generate the interpretation, create voice narration, run moderation and present it to you). You represent that you have the rights necessary for the content you submit.

The trademarks, logos, designs, text, software and other materials in the Service belong to Nova Global Resmi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Except for personal, non-commercial use you may not copy, reproduce or distribute them without permission.

Interpretations are AI-generated; they are creative, fictional and can at times be inaccurate or inconsistent. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose of the content.

The Service relies on third-party services for authentication, purchases, hosting and AI. Use of those services is also subject to the relevant provider's terms and policies; we are not responsible for the continuity of third-party services.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties, including uninterrupted operation, error-free performance or any specific outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service. In any case, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the relevant claim arose. These limitations do not affect mandatory provisions of consumer law.

You agree to reasonably indemnify us against claims and damages arising from your breach of the Terms or your unlawful use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach the Terms. You may also close your account in-app at any time. Termination does not affect provisions that by their nature should survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye Cumhuriyeti. Competent courts and enforcement offices are determined by law; if you are a consumer you may apply to the consumer courts/arbitration committees at your location. Mandatory protections of the home-country law of consumers in the EU are reserved.

For the app obtained via the App Store: these Terms are between you and us, not Apple; maintenance and support of the app are our responsibility. Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the app, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.

The app obtained via Google Play is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. You represent that you will use the app in compliance with all applicable export-control rules.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service. Our failure to exercise a right on one occasion is not a waiver.
