Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your FalBox account and associated personal data at any time. This page explains the deletion methods and which data is deleted or may be retained.
1. Delete In-App
Open the app and sign in, then go to Profile → Account → Delete Account. Once confirmed, your account and data are permanently deleted; this action cannot be undone.
2. Request by Email
If you cannot access the app, email novaglobalresmi@gmail.com from the address registered to your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". After verifying your identity, we complete your request within 30 days.
3. Deleted Data
Account and profile information, birth data, reading history and content you uploaded, credit balance, and notification and app preferences are deleted.
4. Data That May Be Retained
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. purchase/invoice records) may be retained for the statutory period, then permanently deleted or anonymized. Subscription records held on the store (Apple/Google) are managed by that platform.
5. Cancelling Your Subscription
Before deleting your account, make sure you cancel any active subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings to avoid further charges; subscriptions are managed by the store.
